Loewinger & Brand, PLLC maintains an administrative/paralegal staff to
assist in the handling of its cases. The firm has two full-time paralegals on
staff, who are responsible for preparing landlord
and tenant cases for filing, processing case requests and advising clients on
day-to-day case results. The lead paralegal and administrative contact person
is always assigned to the office to handle client inquiries. The other
paralegals tend to court filings and assist the attorneys in court in the
handling of return date cases and motions. As the “in-court” paralegals are
equipped with a cellular telephone, they are always available for
consultation on current cases. These paralegals also perform daily suit, writ
and motion filings and routinely check court records to ensure compliance.
